WELCOME TO A DOSE OF RAY

I’m Rachel (or Ray to my friends and family), and I’m a pharmacist, military spouse to a Marine Corps Pilot, and in 2018 I took on the additional title of Mom!
It’s safe to say life has been a crazy adventure these last few years! We’ve moved three times now, from Louisiana to Florida to California and will very soon be moving to Hawaii. I’ve had three different jobs in two years , two as a retail pharmacist and now I am a stay-at-home mom (yes, I count this as a full-time job!).  I also recently decided to become a representative for an amazing activewear company, inspiring others to live an active lifestyle and feel great doing it. With a pharmacist and a Marine pilot at the head of our family, you can imagine that health and fitness are important to us!
Life as a young professional, military spouse, and first-time mom can definitely be challenging at times, but I wouldn’t have it other way. I am looking forward to sharing the lessons we learn along the way.
